BOOKING & ATTENDANCE

CANCELLATION WINDOW

Most sessions require cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Certain specialty time slots may require earlier cancellation windows and will be noted in the booking platform.

  • Unlimited memberships and complimentary sessions (including guest passes) will incur a $15 late cancel/no-show fee
  • Session-based memberships and class packs will lose the booked session credit instead

Late arrival may result in denied entry in order to protect the safety, flow, and quality of the session.
