Sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with options to adjust intensity based on your goals and needs.
Most members start with Ritual Training. If you’re looking for a more controlled, lower-impact approach, Ritual Longevity may be the better fit.

First-timers must be in the studio 10 minutes before the session starts so we can get you set up. Plan for parking so you can walk in relaxed and ready. Late entries are not permitted for safety reasons.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes. Bring water. We’ll handle everything else.
