Everything you need to know before you start.

Getting Started

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Not at all. Many people begin because they want to get stronger, healthier, and more consistent.

You do not need to be fit to start — starting is how you get fit.

Every session is coach-led and scalable, so you can begin where you are and progress over time.

What makes Ritual different?

Ritual combines structured programming, coach-led accountability, and progressive training into a system designed for long-term results.

Rather than random workouts, our sessions are intentionally programmed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and develop durable, well-rounded fitness.

How often should I train?

For most people:

  • 2 sessions per week builds a strong foundation
  • 3–4 sessions per week is ideal for meaningful progress
  • 4+ sessions per week works well for those wanting higher frequency training

Consistency matters more than doing everything at once, and we can help you choose the right rhythm for your goals.

I’m already in good shape — will this challenge me?

Absolutely.

Sessions can be scaled through load, pace, volume, and coaching progressions to challenge both newer and experienced clients.

What’s the difference between Ritual Training and Ritual Longevity?

Ritual Training blends strength, conditioning, and metabolic training in 40-minute coach-led sessions.

Ritual Longevity offers 45-minute sessions focused on strength, balance, mobility, and healthy aging.

Both follow the same coaching philosophy—just tailored differently.

Is Ritual Longevity only for people with limitations?

Not at all.

Ritual Longevity is designed for anyone who wants smart, supportive coaching with an emphasis on strength, mobility, resilience, and long-term vitality.

Many members choose it because they value intelligent programming, movement quality, and staying active for life.

Can I participate if I’m pregnant?

Yes—with physician clearance and appropriate modifications.

Please let your coach know before class so we can help support you safely.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Our coaches can help modify movements for many common injuries and limitations.

If you have concerns before starting, reach out—we’re happy to help you determine whether Ritual is a fit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 4 hours before your session.

For Unlimited Memberships, cancellations made within 4 hours incur a $15 late cancellation or no-show fee.

For Session Packs, late cancellations or no-shows within 4 hours result in loss of that session credit.

Reservations can be managed through your account or the Ritual app.

What if my preferred training times are full?

Join the waitlist—spots often open.

We monitor demand and capacity carefully to maintain coaching quality while giving members access to the sessions they want.

How does the waitlist work?

If you are at the top of the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you may be automatically enrolled up to one hour before the session begins and will receive an email notification.

If you no longer plan to attend, remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid no-show penalties.

Do you offer drop-ins?

Yes.

Drop-ins are available for non-members:
Ritual Training — $32
Ritual Longevity — $35

How many people are in a session?

Sessions are capped to maintain coaching quality, attention, and accountability.
